PAIR OF ART DECO BOOKCASE ROOM DIVIDERS IN ROSEWOOD WITH GEOMETRICAL STEP PLINTH PEDESTAL

Our client commissioned a pair of open plan rosewood two sided bookcases. The rosewood cabinetry was designed to act as a semi room divider and to include a touch of Art Deco. The top and bottom of both bookcases were made in two pieces and then cleverly joined together during installation with a dry invisible joint. Once installed they integrated perfectly with the room.

Keeping low

Designing the bookcases as room dividers reaching to just below the ceiling leaves the decorative plaster cornice uninterrupted and leads to a greater sense of space within the room.

Top class rosewood veneer

The spectacular grain of the rosewood is something very special as it attracts attention from every angle with its distinctive contours.
