This bespoke contemporary wall to wall TV and media unit was designed and built for our client’s home in Guildford, Surrey. The streamlined fitted entertainment furniture features a walnut wall panel with extensive made to measure storage in a minimalist style. All the client’s TV and media technology is integrated discreetly into the design. With barely-there floating cabinets, illuminated display shelving and concealed cabling, the effect is simply stunning.

American black walnut panel with floating cabinets

A bespoke wall panel in polished American black walnut forms the backdrop to the multimedia unit. The decorative wood veneer has been skilfully book matched to create a visually pleasing flow. The dark tones and unique grain patterns form a dramatic contrast to the fitted cabinets. These have been spray painted in Farrow and Ball Elephant’s Breath, a eco-friendly water-based finish.

Customised minimalist storage

The floating handless storage cabinets comprise a mix of drawers and cupboards in a matching seamless design. The lower drawers feature an elegant, mitered top edge and push to open on full extension soft close concealed runners. The top overhead wall cabinet doors offer effortless access thanks to an assisted lift mechanism. The whole unit also features bespoke, integrated, motion-controlled LED lighting.
